Key Responsibilities:
• Execute each of the services we offer exceeding the client’s expectations
• Able to work at heights up to 40 feet on commercial and residential rooftops
• Conduct site and safety inspections at the beginning of each job
• Manage operational efficiencies at each job site
• Supervisor a general helper with positive collaboration
• Collect payment from clients at the end of each job
• Operate a company vehicle in accordance with established safety procedures and provincial laws
• Manage the cleanliness of the company vehicle every day
• Manage inventory and condition of the tools used to perform our services
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Must have a valid G Class driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to consistently lift 50lbs throughout an 8-hour work day
• Have working at heights and extension ladder experience (Asset if already certified)
• Absolute must: Be comfortable working at heights!
• Good work ethic who takes pride in their work; honesty and integrity go a long way in this business!
• Good organizational and time management skills required to meet daily deadlines
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to communicate clearly in English, written and verbally
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends (as needed… normally day shift)
• Handyman experience is preferred
• Enjoy working outside in various weather conditions
• Experience is not necessary as we will train candidates who are a good fit with our organization

Job Type: Seasonal. Spring/Summer/Fall months.

Wage: $20-$25 per hour

– Based out of Cornwall… Use company vehicle to travel to various locations but must report to company headquarters.
