\n\u2022 Execute each of the services we offer exceeding the client\u2019s expectations
\n\u2022 Able to work at heights up to 40 feet on commercial and residential rooftops
\n\u2022 Conduct site and safety inspections at the beginning of each job
\n\u2022 Manage operational efficiencies at each job site
\n\u2022 Supervisor a general helper with positive collaboration
\n\u2022 Collect payment from clients at the end of each job
\n\u2022 Operate a company vehicle in accordance with established safety procedures and provincial laws
\n\u2022 Manage the cleanliness of the company vehicle every day
\n\u2022 Manage inventory and condition of the tools used to perform our services
\n\u2022 Other duties as assigned<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must have a valid G Class driver\u2019s license with a clean driving record
\n\u2022 Must be able to consistently lift 50lbs throughout an 8-hour work day
\n\u2022 Have working at heights and extension ladder experience (Asset if already certified)
\n\u2022 Absolute must: Be comfortable working at heights!
\n\u2022 Good work ethic who takes pride in their work; honesty and integrity go a long way in this business!
\n\u2022 Good organizational and time management skills required to meet daily deadlines
\n\u2022 Excellent customer service skills
\n\u2022 Able to communicate clearly in English, written and verbally
\n\u2022 Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends (as needed… normally day shift)
\n\u2022 Handyman experience is preferred
\n\u2022 Enjoy working outside in various weather conditions
\n\u2022 Experience is not necessary as we will train candidates who are a good fit with our organization<\/p>\n
